Our Team

Clear communication and no surprises are the fundamentals of our approach to home building. Hominick Homes is a small, family-run business that believes building can be a thoroughly enjoyable experience. From purchasing your land and designing your floor plan to providing interior design as part of our package, we are truly a turnkey builder.

The Hominick team is centered on faith based business values and values our family of sub contractors, many of whom we have been working with for over two decades. Our developed friendships with both our subcontractors and past customers is an honor and joy. Having a stress free building process hinges on working together as a team.

We are excited and passionate about each project and truly build with attention to detail as if it were our own home.

Aaron Hominick, Builder

Aaron is a second generation builder. He first began “working” with his parent’s home building company in the 90’s, sweeping houses out on the weekends for spending money. He officially joined their company in 2005 after graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

During his time building, Aaron has served on the Board of Directors and as Board President of the Hill Country Builders Association. He also has had the privilege of helping with the efforts for the Hill School Buildings Trades partnership with the Builders Association for their Casa Uber Alles Tiny Home Project.

In 2009 he and his wife Afton made Fredericksburg home. You’ll likely find his chasing around or picnicking with his 3 young daughters on the weekend but Aaron is also an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking and general aviation.

Bradley joined the Hominick Homes team in 2018 after a decade long career in Law Enforcement. Bradley is the on-site project manager for Hominick Homes.

Bradley serves our clients on a day to day basis with patience and diligence, coordinating our trusted family of sub-contractors in a timely and organized manner to ensure an on time completion.

Bradley is a Fredericksburg native and lives here with his wife Brittney. When he isn’t checking and double checking every detail of the building process you might find him ranching or practicing baseball with his son.

Rachel Hominick, Office Manager

Rachel is the glue that holds it all together. Like Aaron, she also begin working for the family business after graduating from college.

She is the smiling face at the other end of each call to the office and welcomes clients and visitors into the office with a cup of hot coffee or sparkling water. She carefully manages and verifies each supply order and invoice, a detail that is essential for an organized budget.

In her free time she enjoys outdoor exercise, knitting and watercolor!
